Colourful Net for Making a Cube

Posted by Adrian on Mar-11-08
Net for a Cube Here’s a net for making cubes. I’ve added the faces again as I’ve received a couple of emails saying how the students are liking the play on words between a ’square faced’ cartoon character and the ’square face’ of a 3d shape.

I’ve also added a section of facts and questions about cubes so you can have your students create labels for your Math display. I figure this will give them a little more ownership.

cheers

Adrian

  1. Pamela Said,

After finding your site the whole office is now cutting and laminating resources that we can use for our adult learners.

Thankyou very much for your ideas please keep up the good work as i feel that what you are creating can also be used for basic skills and G.C.S.E numeracy.

    Thankyou.
