| Today I fixed up a page on my site by adding this Pageflake code to it. The code sucks photographers examples of symmetry straight from Flickr to my site. This means that the images will be ever changing. Nice |
| This website is excellent as a webquest introduction to line symmetry and rotational symmetry. http://www.adrianbruce.com/Symmetry/ |
Had to hurriedly prepare lesson on symmetry for very nice class of 11 yr olds, wanted good visuals….and found yours! Really super stuff, thank you very much for your generosity! Yes it was worth it….you have won your halo!!!!

Hi Adrian,
I was doing a lesson on symmetry, and was unsure of what type of activities would work for young children. Your website was very helpful in choosing the right activity for 1st graders. Can’t wait to get started. Thank you.

Just been looking at your brilliant selection of symmetrical images and ideas, can’t wait to share with kids tomorrow – very inspirational, especially as it all relates to real life (so much numeracy teaching end up being abstract and without any relevance to the kids in our quest for ‘results’). A BIG thank you from me!

I teach a reception class in Primary School and this week the whole school is having an Arts Week focusing on linking maths with Art. Your site has been fantastic as a source of inspiration as I am doing work on symmetry with every class in the school. I started today with my class (4-5 year olds) doing some work on reflective symmetry and will progress to rotational symmetry with the older
children later in the week.
Thanks so much for sharing all your ideas and resources – it’s saved me hours of work preparing for this so I have been able to focus on end of year reports!
Many thanks
