One of the easiest ways to get an image ready for a blog is to download Paint.Net and then download my ‘Getting and Image Ready for Your Blog’ procedure. Install the software and work through the procedure step by step. Too Easy!

I use this method with the students in my classes and have a great deal of success with it.
